poor sentence structure could hinder the readers understanding of a spoken or
written message. Punctuation or spelling error may create barriers to
understanding a written message and may cause the sender to lose credibility.
The error suggests that the person who sent the message either does not know
the basics of language or was too careless to correct the problems.
